Art must be the basis of education, since art contributes to the affirmation of the personality integrated into society.
The purpose of education is a process of individuation, as well as integration with the social environment.
Art allows to train and educate men, since it allows comprehensive experiences.
Let us know our reality through art, that art that is not necessarily painting a picture, but participating and testing in a unique and authentic experience of our own. We can all make what we love a true art, and dedicate the rest of our lives to that. “
Overview & philosophy
Liberty School of Education was established in 1990 to promote personal and social development of the individual in order to contribute to the welfare of society. Liberty School provides orientation towards the student, education through art, education in values, personalized education, and creativity, educational alternatives promoting integral development, self-discipline, inclusion, family environment, cooperation environment, and teamwork.
School & community
The school opened in the beginning of 1991 and graduated its first senior class by the end of 2004.
In 2001, when the construction of its own premises was finished, Liberty School relocated from Asunción, the country’s capital, to San Lorenzo, a city located in the Central Department of Paraguay. It is a suburb of Asunción, and the third most populous city in Paraguay.
The National University of Asunción campus is located in San Lorenzo. The city has several educational institutions of basic, technical and university education level, both public and private institutions.
